Free download · work email required · internal-use license

Download Procurement OS

Enter your name and work email to unlock the Codex and ChatGPT ZIPs.

We record your name and work email for download access. Email verification uses ZeroBounce when available. The ZIPs contain no upload or telemetry endpoint. See our privacy policy.

One workflow library, two ways to use it

Codex skills

Install nine skill folders in your project’s .agents/skills/ directory. Ask naturally or invoke a workflow such as $spend-analyzer. Project-local settings and run history support repeat work; included Python helpers can process files where available.

ChatGPT drafts

Create one private Custom GPT per workflow in an eligible Business, Enterprise, or Edu workspace. Add the supplied instructions and knowledge files, then test with your sample data. New GPT creation is subject to OpenAI’s workspace permissions and announced retirement plans.

Privacy and your procurement data

No Molecule One data collection

The package has no Molecule One file upload endpoint or telemetry. We record the name and work email submitted to unlock the ZIPs, but do not receive your spend files, bids, or contracts unless you send them separately.

Your workspace governs AI data

Prompts and files entered in Codex or ChatGPT are processed by OpenAI. Retention, access, and training settings depend on your plan and workspace. Review your organisation’s policy before uploading confidential data.

Local Codex history

Codex workflows may save configuration, outputs, and run history in your project’s .procurement-os/ folder. Your team controls that project and its backups.

Optional web search and the spend dashboard’s third-party chart library can make separate network requests. Read the full data-handling notes or review OpenAI’s data controls.

The nine procurement workflows

Use the workflow that matches the job: spend analytics, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract management, or ESG due diligence.

Clean spend exports, map categories, find concentration and savings hypotheses.

Try asking

“Analyse this 12-month spend CSV. Show category totals, supplier concentration, data gaps, and evidence for three savings ideas.”

02

Category Strategy Builder

Build a category plan using Kraljic segmentation, market context, and business priorities.

Try asking

“Build a category strategy for IT hardware using our spend and stakeholder requirements.”

03

RFP Generator

Turn a scope of work into an RFI, RFP, or RFQ with evaluation criteria.

Try asking

“Create an RFP from this statement of work, including weighted evaluation criteria.”

04

RFP Response Evaluator

Score supplier proposals against stated criteria and cite response evidence.

Try asking

“Compare these bids against the RFP criteria and flag missing answers.”

05

Supplier Scorecard Engine

Turn SLA and KPI data into a reviewable performance scorecard.

Try asking

“Create a quarterly scorecard from this KPI history and identify corrective actions.”

06

Negotiation Playbook Generator

Prepare BATNA, negotiation levers, concessions, and counterproposals.

Try asking

“Assess this new supplier and create a risk register with missing due diligence.”

Frequently asked questions

Is this a Codex plugin or a set of skills?

The Codex edition contains nine local skills and a portable plugin manifest. It can be installed in a project today by copying the skills into .agents/skills. The portable package has not been published to a plugin directory.

Can I use this in a personal ChatGPT account?

The ChatGPT edition provides Custom GPT drafts. OpenAI currently limits creation of new GPTs to eligible Business, Enterprise, and Edu workspaces with permission. Check your workspace before using this route.

Do the ChatGPT drafts run Python scripts or save run history?

No. They use instructions and knowledge files, with optional Data Analysis where available. For repeat use, paste a short organisation profile and save the output summary in your own system.

Does Molecule One receive our procurement files?

The package has no Molecule One file upload or telemetry endpoint. We record your name and work email for download access; we receive procurement files only if you separately send them to us. Codex or ChatGPT processes the information you enter under your OpenAI workspace settings.

Does Procurement OS make sourcing or legal decisions?

No. It drafts analyses and decision support. Procurement, finance, risk, and legal owners review the evidence and approve decisions through existing controls.
