Baseline on day one
Every team we train leaves with a baseline prompt library, tested, annotated, organised by workflow stage. They start using it the day after the program ends.
Sustainable in two months
A sustainable library, covering the full day-to-day procurement cycle, typically takes around two months of real use to build. We support that build through monthly office hours.
Half keep building on their own
Around half the teams we train continue growing their library independently after training ends. That's the outcome we're aiming for, a team that no longer needs us.
